Home Refresh

When a little bit of paradise makes it's way home

A small home refresh, just in time for the change in season.

New cushion styles can be designed to soften your space and shift the mood – without needing to redo everything.

A home refresh can be what is called for to change your outlook. This may be a renovation in styling with changes in furniture, updates in lighting, or adding greenery or throws in the warmer months.

Using the ability to refresh textiles and soft furnishings within the home can change with the seasons. Lighter colours and fabrics used in the warmer summer months, and deeper and heavier fabrics utilised in the cooler months.

  • Spring/Summer: The time to switch to a more light, floral, or coastal-inspired decor refresh. We love a hamptons style look, involving a stripe pattern or blue and white coastal colour palette

  • Autumn/Winter: Adding cosy textures like velveteen or wool throws and blankets using warmer lighting tones or candles. Images of orange or terracotta that build the winter styling

Other ideas to update the scenery may include bringing nature inside allowing for a refreshing update.

Adding a houseplant will improve the air quality within the home, or a soft furnishing with a foliage print allows the illustration on nature and a refreshing look.
