Makes: 1 large smoothie
Prep time: 10 minutes
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 handful spinach leaves, washed well
1 cup unsweetened almond or drinking coconut milk
1 Tbsp cashew butter
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1cm piece fresh ginger, grated
pinch vanilla powder

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high speed until well combined and smooth.
Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately. Alternatively, this smoothie can be stored in a sealed glass bottle in the fridge for up to 2 days.
