SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What is the delivery time and shipping method?
For all orders for in stock items coming from our warehouse please allow 2-4 business days for delivery to metropolitan city areas and 7 business days to regional areas.
Please expect a delivery time of 4 weeks for all custom made orders for products that aren't in stock and are being made for you.
Our main delivery method is via Border Express. Please nominate an address that you will be present at for most of the time so we can assure that the package is delivered to you in person.

If you are not home at the time of delivery the package will be left in a safe place.

PO Box Delivery
We are generally unable deliver to P.O. Boxes within Australia as we use a courier service, but if there is no other option please contact our customer service team and they can put in a special request to send your order via the post network.
We can deliver world wide and generally use DHL or TNT as our preferred international freight partners.
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases. We will only accept a product return if it is faulty, damaged in transit or the incorrect item was sent by mistake and it was not what you ordered. If this is the case, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will send instructions for what to do next.
