Intentions

Intentions

Days shaped by sunshine, salt, and spontaneity – exactly what escaping to paradise feels like.

A slower rhythm.

A fuller cup.

Our kind of paradise...

As we move through 2026, we contemplate our routines.

Reminiscing of summer holidays, a slower pace, enjoying time with family and friends.

With great intention we try and hold on to the beautiful thoughts of living a pace of life that has a slower rhythm, taking the time to take a breathe and enjoy the moments that fill us with happiness and joy.

With salt in our hair and sun on our skin, and paradise days with no set agenda, where time doesn't matter

Sometimes it's about making sure our own needs are met, mentally and physically so that we also have the energy, patience and longing to care and be kind to others.

We can only feel mentally prepared to take on our everyday tasks when we take care of ourselves. We know the importance of taking a walk, or an activity that allows the body and mind to feel energised and fulfilled

These elements all contribute to creating our own paradise.

From taking on the daily tasks to the larger elements of life, we move through life with intent, and a clear mind and body

Presence, a slow rhythm of living. Less doing, more living
