So delicious and healthy, perfect for any time of the day...
- Flesh of 2 young coconuts
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- Open the 2 young coconuts and drain the coconut water into a jug measuring out ½ cup and reserve the rest.
- Scoop the flesh out of the coconut using a spoon.
- Combine the coconut flesh and water with the cashews and maple syrup in a high powdered blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Enjoy with some fresh fruit, muesli or a handful of nuts! :-)
