There are so many little pieces of paradise scattered around the world. Some are hidden, untouched places that are so beautiful and picture perfect.
One place is the Republic of Palau...a culturally rich tropical paradise. And being one of the smallest populated countries in the world this place is special.
Palau is made up of over 250 limestone islands which is virtually untouched by tourists. Located approximately 800kms east of the Philippines, it is a magical place that is surrounded by world renowned reefs.

A special place of Palau is the spectacular Jellyfish Lake, cut off from the main ocean and can be found home to 13 million stingless jellyfish. Creating a blanket of jellyfish that appears like a thick blanket on the lake.
Hidden away in the Rock Islands is a milky paradise, a natural sediment rich lagoon. Glistening as a milky bath, the lagoon can be linked to rejuvenating the skin and provide therapeutic benefits as the locals claim bathing in the soft white limestone tropical waters that hold a temperature of averages 28 degrees, throughout the year.
Another special place on Palau, is the famous reef known as The Big Drop Off. It is an accessible reef which runs along the coast of Ngemelis Island. During times of extreme low tides, the top of the reef becomes exposed, before dropping 270 metres straight down to the ocean floor.
A wonderful place with pristine waters and tropical rainforests, with many adventures to be had by exploring the beautiful coral and colourful fish that adorn the reef.
