Stripes are timeless, a pattern that emits simplicity, class and style and is one of the most versatile geometric patterns.
Stripe patterns can be used to add dynamic elements to a room, with the addition of bold, wide stripes or thin, narrow lines. Displaying different patterns and looks when styling and is a much loved pattern when styling due to its ease and versatility.
Creating great visual interest by carrying the eye with the design and also colour match well with other prints. Sitting well with solid colours, and also working well with florals and foliage prints.
Stripes can be in multiple directions, change the look with spacing, or define a single colour or multitudes of a colour palette.
Candy Stripes
A classic pattern featuring a continuous sequence of narrow, solid, and closely spaced lines. Symmetrical in pattern with a smallish scale, similar to the stripes on a candy cane. Stripes are usually in a uniform colour pattern.

Pinstripe
A fine thin stripe that is normally evenly spaced throughout. Though can also be spaced wider apart in order to create interest and a varied design which is visual appeal. Creating quite a formal look, as with the associations of a pinstripe on a suit

Hampton Stripes
A classic and coastal design which can be characterised by balanced multi width stripes. Wide broad and bold stripes that are usually evenly spaced. Which may be found on deck stripes on cabana chairs, bringing a coastal Hampton feel.
Rustic Stripes
Stripes don't always need to be solid edge stripes. They may be created using a paint brush line or a dotted broken line which may create a slightly softer look.
